Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I called JNJ Pools after my pool pump went out and had the pleasure of speaking with Lynn. She was wonderful! I loved the way she handled my call. From the very beginning, she made me feel informed, valued, and confident that I was in good hands. Our technician, Gerald, was just as impressive. He was extremely knowledgeable, clearly explained what was going on with the pump, and made sure I understood the issue and what needed to be done. The entire experience, from my initial call with Lynn to the service Gerald provided, cemented my decision to choose JNJ Pools. Excellent customer service, great communication, and a team that truly makes you feel taken care of. I’m very happy with my experience!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Been dealing with J & J for a while now, they are great people! From Lynn in the office to Gerald out in the field, He is always professional with his work, courteous with us and very knowledgeable! He does his work with care, he does his work expeditiously, and he is careful of his surroundings since we have Horses down on the side where the pool equipment is... Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Gerald helped us get a pool that wasn’t well cared for in an house we bought up and running. He also installed our new pool pump a few months ago and has been so helpful ever since. We had an issue today and he helped me quickly diagnose it. He is knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely goes out of his way to help. We’re very grateful and highly recommend him!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. This was the first time I had ever used my home warranty, and I was a bit nervous due to hearing horror stories from people who had bad experiences when needing work done. This process was so easy and painless. From the first call from Lynn at the office to get me scheduled to Gerald, who did the repair. Gerald came out and assessed the issue, ordered the part, and it was fixed the very next day. This process was so easy and painless, and the team at JNJ Pools made it that way! I would definitely recommend JNJ, and I will definitely be using them in the future. Lynn, and Gerald made this whole process so painless! Thank you!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I was referred to J NJ from my insurance. My pool water wasn't circulating. The receptionist was exceptional and sweet. The tech came out and quickly diagnosed and repaired the same day. No up sale, no haggle. It's hard to find good honest service in Las Vegas, I highly recommend J n J pool. And definitely I would use them again with or without my insurance. Thank you for your service. Richard D.
