Gerald helped us get a pool that wasn’t well cared for in an house we bought up and running. He also installed our new pool pump a few months ago and has been so helpful ever since. We had an issue today and he helped me quickly diagnose it. He is knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely goes out of his way to help. We’re very grateful and highly recommend him!

This was the first time I had ever used my home warranty, and I was a bit nervous due to hearing horror stories from people who had bad experiences when needing work done. This process was so easy and painless. From the first call from Lynn at the office to get me scheduled to Gerald, who did the repair. Gerald came out and assessed the issue, ordered the part, and it was fixed the very next day. This process was so easy and painless, and the team at JNJ Pools made it that way! I would definitely recommend JNJ, and I will definitely be using them in the future. Lynn, and Gerald made this whole process so painless! Thank you!

I was referred to J NJ from my insurance. My pool water wasn't circulating. The receptionist was exceptional and sweet. The tech came out and quickly diagnosed and repaired the same day. No up sale, no haggle. It's hard to find good honest service in Las Vegas, I highly recommend J n J pool. And definitely I would use them again with or without my insurance. Thank you for your service. Richard D.

I have had a consistently positive experience with JNJ Pools. From start to finish, the company demonstrated strong customer service, professionalism, and excellent organization. It’s clear they take pride in their work and value their customers. Lynn in the office was especially helpful throughout the process. She was friendly, patient, and consistently accommodating whenever I reached out. Scheduling and communication were handled smoothly, and she made everything easy to manage. Her professionalism and approachable manner made every interaction pleasant and efficient, and she is clearly a valuable asset to the company. I also want to recognize Gerald, my pool technician, who did an excellent job. He came out several times and was always courteous, professional, and highly knowledgeable. He clearly explained his work, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and never made me feel rushed. He also encouraged me to reach out in the future if I had additional questions, which I truly appreciated. Gerald’s expertise and attention to detail gave me confidence that everything was being handled correctly. He was consistently reliable, easy to work with, and maintained a high level of professionalism on every visit. Overall, my experience with JNJ Pools was smooth and well-coordinated. The support from Lynn in the office and the quality of Gerald’s work in the field made the entire process straightforward and stress-free. I would confidently recommend JNJ Pools based on the excellent service I received from both Lynn and Gerald

My experience with JNJ Pools was exceptional. I’d give them a 6th star if possible and especially Gerald who came out to assess my spa problem and with the utmost in skill, kindness and empathy solved my mechanical issues immediately. I would with the highest degree of trust and confidence recommend Gerald and JNJ to anyone in the Valley with pool and spa problems!
